Who we are

What we collect from you
- Account details: your email address, your name if you give it, your time zone, and sign-in records.
- Your search: target titles, salary floor, locations, relocation choices, industries, company stages and the companies you choose to watch.
- Your resume, if you upload or paste one.
- Your tracker: statuses, notes, stars, reminders, dismiss reasons and the dates you applied.
- Messages you send us: support tickets and feedback.
- Usage: pages you visit in the app and which version of a page you saw.
What the browser extension collects
The extension runs in your own browser, signed in to your own LinkedIn account. For companies in your feed, it reads LinkedIn pages and records which of your 1st-degree connections work there (name, headline, profile link), plus the company's CEO and the likely hiring manager. It also reads LinkedIn Jobs, Wellfound and Google Jobs search results for your target titles.
We never see your passwords or session cookies. The extension never sends messages, connection requests, likes or applications. Nobody but you sees what it collects about your connections.
Information about people who aren't users
Our listings name executives, CEOs and hiring managers: their name, title, company and public profile link, taken from public sources such as company websites and news articles. Anyone named can ask us to remove it by writing to support@csuitehq.io.
How we use it
We use your information to find and score roles, vacated seats and funding rounds against your criteria, run your tracker and reminders, send the emails you've asked for, answer support requests, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We run no ad pixels.
AI processing
We send resumes, listings and search details to Anthropic's API to read and score them. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't train its models on that data.
Service providers
These companies handle data only to run CSuiteHQ for us. The full list, with what each one handles and where, is at /subprocessors.
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Hetzner: the server that runs our nightly searches.
- Anthropic: AI processing.
- Resend: email delivery.
- Stripe: payments, once paid plans start.
- Cloudflare: email routing and backups, once in use.
Cookies
We set only these first-party cookies:
- Sign-in cookies that keep you logged in.
- jshq_vid: a random id that counts visits and tests page versions. It stores no IP address and isn't shared.
- jshq_mfa_trust: remembers for 14 days that this browser passed two-step sign-in.
- jshq_bell_seen: remembers which notifications you've already seen.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account in Settings, we delete your data within 30 days, and it drops out of backups within 35 days after that. Emails you forward to us are kept 7 days; only the job listings we read from them stay after that.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete your data in Settings, or by writing to support@csuitehq.io. We answer within the time your state's law requires.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database rules keep each user's data separate, and staff need two-step sign-in. If a breach affects you, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Children
CSuiteHQ is for adults 18 and older.
Changes
We'll post changes here. For material changes, we email you and ask you to accept them at your next sign-in.
