Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026.
1. The agreement
These terms are between you and Yoni Rubin, who runs CSuiteHQ. By using CSuiteHQ you agree to them. You must be 18 or older.
2. What CSuiteHQ does
CSuiteHQ finds job listings, vacated executive seats and funding rounds, matches them to your criteria, and helps you track your search. We're not a recruiter or an employment agency. We don't apply for you, and we don't promise interviews or offers.
3. Third-party information
Listings, departures and funding rounds come from public sources and can be wrong or out of date. Each item links to its source. You decide whether to rely on it.
4. The browser extension
The extension works inside your own browser and accounts. You're responsible for following the terms of LinkedIn, Wellfound, Google and any other site it reads. The extension caps how many pages it loads each day, but we can't promise those sites won't limit or restrict your account.
5. Your outreach
Contact suggestions and draft notes are suggestions. Whatever you send, you send as yourself, and you're responsible for it, including under anti-spam laws.
6. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure, and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under it.
7. Acceptable use
Don't scrape or copy the service, resell its data, reverse-engineer it, overload it, or use it to harass anyone we list.
8. Paid plans
Plans and prices are shown before you buy. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. We show the price, the renewal term and how to cancel before you buy. You can cancel online in Settings at any time, and access continues to the end of the period you paid for. A free trial converts to a paid plan only if you've agreed to that at checkout, and we'll remind you before it does.
9. Refunds
We consider refund requests in good faith, case by case. Write to support@csuitehq.io.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
11. No warranty
The service is provided as is. We don't promise it will be error-free, always available, or that any listing is accurate or still open.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost jobs, income or opportunities. Our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100.
13. Indemnity
You'll cover our costs if a claim arises from your misuse of the service or from messages you send.
14. Disputes
Disputes go to binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, not to court and not as a class action. You can opt out within 30 days of first accepting these terms by writing to support@csuitehq.io. Either of us can bring a case in small-claims court instead.
15. Governing law
New York law governs these terms.
16. Changes
Changes take effect when posted. For material changes, we email you the same day and ask you to accept them at your next sign-in.
